Vector-NAV — offline voice-controlled robot

Offline ROS 2 voice-assistant stack for a differential-drive robot. Wake word → Whisper STT → on-device LLM → Nav2, all running on a Jetson Orin Nano + Raspberry Pi 5. No cloud, low latency.
